Smart CSV Editor Pro¶
Smart CSV Editor is free to use for everyday files. Pro unlocks large files, charts, formula columns, and PDF export.

The free-tier row limit¶
On the free version you can work with the first 100 rows of a file. Rows beyond that are locked until you upgrade — the editor shows a note like "1,140 more rows in the free version" with an Unlock Pro button.
Your data is safe either way
The row limit only affects what you can view and edit in the free version — it never changes or truncates your file. Every row is still there, saved intact. Upgrade to Pro (or open the file elsewhere) and all rows are available.
You'll also hit the limit if you try to add a row past 100 rows, or Go to Row a number beyond the cap — both prompt you to upgrade.
Charts¶
Building and exporting charts is a Pro feature. The Chart button shows a small lock for free users; tapping it opens the upgrade screen.
Formula columns¶
Formula columns let you calculate a column from the others — [Price] * [Qty], filled down every row. You can open the formula editor and preview a formula for free; saving the formula column is Pro.
PDF export¶
Everyone can open the PDF exporter and preview the paginated result. Sharing or saving the PDF is Pro: the Share button shows a small lock for free users, and tapping it offers the upgrade.
Upgrading to Pro¶
Tap any Unlock Pro button — the pill in the bottom bar, or the prompt shown when you reach a limit — to open the upgrade screen. Choose a plan:

Purchases go through the standard App Store flow, so they're covered by your Apple ID and Family Sharing rules where applicable.
Restoring purchases¶
Already bought Pro — on this device or another signed in to the same Apple ID? Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Your entitlement is re-checked and Pro is unlocked. Restoring is also the way to bring Pro to a new device.
